Before I begin babbling about my week: Please check out Mr. Fraser & the Shrimp Shack MacGees - Uplifting and groovy tuneseses ! - Puppies want you to listen to them and will cry if you don't. - The gentlemen are all handsome, and I know you all can't resist that. GO GO GO http://www.myspace.com/shrimpshackmacgees ENJOY This has been the strangest week; such a mixture of feelings and experiences. It's been great though.  Sunday: Elise, her 5-foot tall Peruvian father and I saw of Montreal and Janelle Monae . The show was unbelievable, I can't even begin to describe it. Kevin Barnes and Janelle Monae are the best performers I've seen, but each completely different from one another, and in their own way. It was beautiful, despite the trendy guys and gals wearing scarves and sunglasses indoors and the horrific smell of weed that bathed the small venue. Whatever, I loved it. I'm trying to get in the writing mood so I can write my essay for Ms. Harty. It's silly, it's only one page and it's totally my opinion so I can say whatever the hell I want. However I just can't seem to get into the mode, even for one silly page of reflection. I'm reading Cat's Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut. It's perfect and beautiful and fulfilling. I love bokonism and Bokonon's calypsos. My little poem thing-a-ma-jigs are kind of similar to calypsos, very similar in format, though Bokonon's are usually more structured, more ironic or witty, and have a better rhyme scheme. In honor of Bokonon and just because I feel like it, here's a calypso. Today, sitting in a tree  reading a book by my favorite author, wearing a blazer and with unbrushed hair,  I wondered if you would like to partake in the Bokonist tradition of Boko-Maru. Because I would certainly not mind our souls/soles mingling. of Montreal this SUNDAY CAN I GET A WOOT WOOT. I just got pro...
Hey yo check it i'm posting this from my phone.

Haha

Who would have thought that trying to take an Earth Science test, having a fever, and hearing your first kiss mispronounce  words for sexual organs would be as funny as it was? Coincidental, Ironic, Appropriate I guess it's my turn to say FML
Godspeed, my friends.

I'm wide awake, it's early evening

I'm terribly sick today. I felt sick last week, but was able to fight it off until G period yesterday. I managed to get through G period, bike to Elise's house to deliver her school things because she's sick as well, and then make it home. However, when I got home, I felt awful and laid down for a couple of hours. Then, my mom bought Alex and I some  dinner from 99. Two Ibuprofen pills and a glass of OJ later, we were watching some  old home movies. As soon as naked baby me came on the screen, I bolted out of  the living room and vomited. It was the worst, but the timing was kind of funny. Today I didn't go to school, instead laid in bed until at least noon. After that, I read a lot of Bright Shiny Morning. I must have read a hundred pages at least. Then I watched some Hey Arnold! on Nick.com and napped a little bit more. Today was the first day of bike club, and since I was too sick to make it, Lauren, Holden, and Sam came to visit me while on their biking adventures. ...
